Note: You can't get a position at Ponzio Capital by simply sending a resume and cover letter. We're never looking for employees; we want partners that can fit in with the Ponzio Capital culture and whom we believe will be around for many decades to come.
We won't tell you what has impressed us in the past; but, we can say that conventionally applying for a position at our non-conventional firm won't impress us.
